The DAAD Artists-in-Berlin Program is one of the most renowned residency programs in Germany. The call for 2025 artists is open until December 17th.
Art Music Denmark highly recommend artists to apply. This is one of the best and most influential residency programs lasting twelve months and giving artists great opportunities to perform, exhibit, and get seen.

Both during and after their period of residency in Berlin, the fellows receive support from the Artists-in-Berlin Program to develop and present exhibitions, concerts, performances, film projects, readings, and publications. Collaboration with guests and partners results in new creative endeavors that are presented at the daadgalerie, in other cultural institutions in Berlin, throughout Germany, and in locations all around the world. The Artists-in-Berlin Program builds lasting relationships with its alumni.
Art Music Denmark has previously helped Ragnhild May during her time in this program. And Art Music Denmark has asked music professor Holger Schulze about the value and meaning of the DAAD programs, to which he expressed:
